Executive Virtual Assistant for CEO/ Learning platform administrator
- Location: Anywhere in the world (ready to work through the time zones)
Assignment of Work and Travel:
This is a remote access assignment. The candidate will work remotely daily
Reports To: CEO
Preferred Experience: - Previous experience working for a CEO (3 yrs)
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Excellent verbal (English) and written (English) communication skills
- Strong customer service and presentation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Experience with cloud services, and other technology tools
- Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
- Highly organized, ability to multitask and work with fast-paced directions and instructions
- Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
- Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information.

What we look for:
We are looking for a highly motivated, responsible, and resourceful virtual assistant to support the CEO. This is a remote position that will require a super-organized individual. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized. Will also be responsible for tracking and managing expenses and payments.
You will:- Prepare and organize database and reports
- Consolidate with the accounting team
- Handle confidential employer and client information
- Handle and schedule meetings and arrange employer’s calendar, schedule meeting spaces and conference rooms organize mails and calls
- Arrange payments for vendors and expenses
- Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients
- Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation in SharePoint
- Prepare and create PowerPoint presentations and materials as needed, research materials, and sources for presentations.
Will be responsible for overseeing the Learning Management System- platform's functionality, managing user access, coordinating with the platform provider, and ensuring a positive learning experience for our clients. This includes:
- Platform management
- Vendor relationship management
- Collaborating with the marketing team
- User management and student support
- Course setup and management.
