Max Moullin
Max Moullin has been passionate about improving quality and performance in government and non-profits since his early career in the UK Departments of Environment, Transport, and Health, as well as at British Coal. The Public Sector Scorecard, which Max developed after his move to Sheffield Business School, has been utilized on six continents. It was lauded by the UK Operational Research Society for "shifting performance management from a top-down, blinkered, blame-game approach to a system built on inclusiveness, cooperation, and understanding." With a recognition that many government outcomes necessitate collaboration among different agencies, one of Max's special interests is enhancing and assessing performance through inter-agency cooperation. He is notably enthusiastic about the initiatives in this domain, such as the Biden-Harris PMA.
