Operational and Procurement Requirements

This two-day course is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to effectively define and manage operational and procurement requirements using the E2ERM (End-to-End Requirements Management) framework. The course will cover key areas such as understanding operational requirements, analyzing operational processes, and conducting business technology landscape assessments. Attendees will learn how to harvest functional, non-functional, data, and rule-based requirements, while also gaining insight into how to support the acquisition process, including the development of Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
